Title:
FLEXIBLE SUBSTRATE, PIEZOELECTRIC ELEMENT UNIT, AND TACTILE PRESENTATION DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2019/235301
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
A flexible substrate 3 comprises: an opening 30 from which an upper electrode 52 and a lower electrode 50 of a piezoelectric element 5 are exposed; an upper electrode wiring part 31 in which upper wiring 4a that is longer than a minimum length L1 required for wiring from the edge of the opening 30 to the upper electrode 52 and is electrically connected to the upper electrode 52 is provided; a lower electrode wiring part 32 in which lower wiring 4b that is longer than a minimum length L2 required for wiring from the edge of the opening 30 to the lower electrode 50 and is electrically connected to the lower electrode 50 is provided. A tactile presentation device 1 is provided with a piezoelectric element unit 2 comprising this flexible substrate 3, and the piezoelectric element 5 that detects a load accompanying a push operation performed on an operation surface 120, and presents tactile sense by vibration to the operation surface 120.
