Abstract:
A specific embodiment of the present invention provides a flexible touch sensor, the flexible touch sensor comprising a flexible substrate and a conductive layer disposed on the flexible substrate, wherein an exposed surface of the conductive layer is provided with a protective coating, the protective coating comprises a protective coating I, and the protective coating I is a plasma polymeric coating formed by plasma deposition of a monomer compound. The flexible touch sensor according to the embodiment of the present invention can, by means of the design of the protective coating, effectively prevent the failure of the flexible touch sensor caused by multiple factors such as external moisture or chemical corrosion on the conductive layer.
