Abstract:
Disclosed is a floating-type crushing single tower, comprising a compacted flat ground (4), a single tower, a material crushing-integrated system with one crushing production line, and a floating anti-vibration machine base, wherein the single tower is erected on the compacted flat ground (4) via the floating anti-vibration machine base; the floating anti-vibration machine base comprises a vibration-absorbing stone layer (3) arranged on the compacted flat ground (4), and load-bearing structures (25) uniformly erected on the vibration-absorbing stone layer (3); a feeding and screening machine (1) is provided as a material feeding apparatus; the single tower comprises a vertically arranged multi-layer single tower frame, and a single tower enclosure structure; the feeding and screening machine (1) and multiple material crushing apparatuses are successively arranged, from top to bottom, on the layers of the single tower frame according to a material feeding and crushing sequence; and the feeding and screening machine (1) is connected to the multiple material crushing apparatuses via different material conveying pipes. Multiple material apparatuses are arranged in a centralized manner in the floating-type crushing single tower, so that the material apparatuses are in a floating state, thereby protecting the original condition of the land and also having good screening effect.
