CLAIMS

1. The invention is a floor cover removing machine (19) used to remove coverings glued on to the corridors of public offices, hospitals, private companies and floors of offices, as well as cabins of aircrafts, private jets and cargo aircarfts, galley and lavatory surfaces; characterized in having a gear motor (1), body profile (2), cabin (3), profile connection plate (4,5), button handle (6), winding cylinder drum (7), motor drive (8) and body angle adjustment plate (9,10), start button (11), two way switch (12), light switch (13), potentiometer (14), power cable connector (15), thermal fuse holder (16), 220 volt switch (17) and led lighting (18).

Description:
FLOOR COVERING REMOVING MACHINE

Technological Field:

The invention is a floor cover removing machine (19) used to remove coverings glued on to the corridors of public offices, hospitals, private companies and floors of offices, as well as cabins of aircrafts, private jets and cargo aircarfts, galley and lavatory surfaces; characterized in having a gear motor (1), body profile (2), cabin (3), profile connection plate (4,5), button handle (6), winding cylinder drum (7), motor drive (8) and body angle adjustment plate (9,10), start button (11), two way switch (12), light switch (13), potentiometer (14), power cable connector (15), thermal fuse holder (16), 220 volt switch (17) and led lighting (18).

State of the Art:

Floor covering of the aircraft are removed through manpower. For that reason, people working on floor cover removing machine soon develop permanent occupational diseases such as backaches, wrist aches, hernia and meniscus. Our invention aims for a machine-based system instead of manpower in order to deal with such problems. Thus, work progresses faster with machine power and saving on time is achieved. Based on occupational health and safety, our invention ensures a healthy and easy solution without causing any occupational disease due to the power to the gear motor in the main structure. This machine is unique at the market.

The invention will be explained with reference to the accompanying drawings to better understand and appreciate the invention’s features, however the aim is not limiting the invention to these embodiments. On the contrary, the invention is aimed to cover all alternatives, modifications and equivalents including the extent defined by the attached claims. It shall be understood that the displayed details only aim to express the preferred embodiments of the present invention and to provide most practical and coherent definition of both formation of the methods and the invention’s rules and conceptive features. Detailed Description:

The invention is a floor cover removing machine (19) used to remove coverings glued on to the corridors of public offices, hospitals, private companies and floors of offices, as well as cabins of aircrafts, private jets and air freighters, galley and lavatory surfaces; characterized in having a gear motor (1), body profile (2), cabin (3), profile connection plate (4,5), button handle (6), winding cylinder drum (7), motor drive (8) and body angle adjustment plate (9,10), start button (11), two way switch (12), light switch (13), potentiometer (14), power cable connector (15), thermal fuse holder (16), 220 volt switch (17) and led lighting (18).

A 0,75 KW motor drive (8) was adapted inside stainless steel cabin (3) on a sigma profile, a longitudinal slit was cut on a steel pipe of optional diameter powering the gear motor (1), part of the material to be removed is placed within the slit, drive and rewind buttons on the control panel are brought on 1 st step and start buttons (11) on the right and left arms are pressed simultaneously to start, thus winding the material glued on the floor towards itself to cut it off the floor and the machine continues to work with no human power.

We rendered the machine’s (19) speed control (14) of the machine’s steel pipe connected to the motor configurable by button, sensitive thermal fuse (16) was used to blow in case of adversities in order for the motor to shroud itself in case of a surcharge. Led lights (18) adapted on the machine (19) help working more efficiently in dark environments.

A stainless cabin (3) was assembled on the sigma profile, there are a motor drive (8) and gear motor (1), On/Off switch, fuse (12) and speed control button within the cabin (3). Front side of the aluminum sigma profile is connected to the gear motor (1).

The burden is completely on the sigma profile.

Steel pipe of optional diameter is placed on the gear motor (1) and lifting is performed by the control panel.
