Provided in the present utility model are a floor mopping device and a cleaning apparatus. The floor mopping device comprises a casing, a rolling brush assembly, a drive assembly, a suction pipe and a battery pack assembly. The rolling brush assembly is installed on the outer side of a bottom plate of the casing; the drive assembly is arranged in the casing and used for driving the rolling brush assembly to rotate; part of the suction pipe is arranged in the casing; a dirt suction opening of the suction pipe faces the rolling brush assembly; the battery pack assembly is arranged in the casing; the battery pack assembly comprises a battery box, and battery cells and a battery pack circuit board which are arranged in the battery box; the battery pack assembly, the suction pipe and the drive assembly are sequentially arranged in the axial direction of the rolling brush assembly. The battery pack assembly is arranged on the floor mopping device to increase the pressure on the rolling brush assembly, thus effectively improving the floor cleaning effect of the rolling brush assembly.
