Abstract:
A floor-plan-variable collective house of skeleton infill structure, wherein the water-related areas are made variable while retaining a predetermined ceiling height (A) and keeping the floor height (E) of dwelling units low. A skeleton infill, floor-plan-variable collective house in which the floor plan of the infill area and the installation position of equipment are optionally variable, wherein a main piping common space (2) for storing main piping (3) used in common by dwelling units corresponding to the individual floors is installed to extend through the individual floors substantially in the middle in the longitudinal direction (LD) in the plane of each of the dwelling units using the main piping (3) in common, and the space below the floor of each dwelling unit is provided with a double floor in which individual piping (10) used in the dwelling unit is installed, the individual piping (10) being connected to the main piping (3) used in common.
