Abstract:
A flos sophorae immaturus tea and a preparation method therefor. The method comprises the following steps: adding water to a flos sophorae immaturus raw material according to a certain mass ratio; then carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10-30 min at ultrasonic power of 300-600 W, and controlling the sample temperature to be 25-35℃; then draining the ultrasonically treated flos sophorae immaturus, putting same into a hot air drying oven, adjusting the temperature to 160-200℃, and drying for 20-40 min; and removing scorched particles from the dried flos sophorae immaturus to obtain the flos sophorae immaturus tea. The method is simple and convenient to operate and easy for industrial production, and the prepared flos sophorae immaturus tea infusion is bright and clear and yellowish-brown, tastes refreshing and soft, possesses a distinctive aroma of roasted flos sophorae immaturus, and has a high active substance dissolution rate, thereby facilitating the inhibition of xanthine oxidase activity, and can be used for assisting in reducing urine and serum uric acid levels of mice with hyperuricemia.
