Abstract:
A flow control method for a high-precision and high-rigidity hydrostatic pressure device, the device comprising a main body (1) and an auxiliary body (2). A first flow channel (13) is formed on an upper surface of the main body, and a boss (14) is formed on the first flow channel; a second flow channel (15) is formed on the upper surface of the main body; a middle portion of the main body is recessed downward to form a pressure-stabilizing cavity (16); a first throttling hole (19) is provided at the tail end of the first flow channel; a main oil hole (110) is provided in the second flow channel; an oil separation channel (111) is provided in the first flow channel, and the boss is provided with a second throttling hole (112); a protruding block (21) matching a bearing table is formed at the bottom of the auxiliary body, and a thin film piece (3) is provided between the protruding block and the bearing table; and a groove (22) is provided on the surface of the protruding block. By means of the method, an oil film has high rigidity and reliability.
