Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a flow rate generation device with which it is possible to suppress noise emitted at low flow rates without increasing the device size. This flow rate generation device includes: a cylinder 2; a physical-quantity-detector mounting part 1 provided to the cylinder 2 for mounting a physical quantity detector 5; a first piston 3 provided to one end side of the cylinder 2 with respect to the physical-quantity-detector mounting part 1; a second piston 4 provided to the other end side of the cylinder 2 with respect to the physical-quantity-detector mounting part 1; and a drive device 11 for driving the first piston 3 and the second piston 4. The first piston 3 and the second piston 4 are driven such that the volume of the space formed between the first piston 3 and the second piston 4 inside the cylinder 2 does not change.
