Abstract:
This flow rate measurement device (10A) receives, through a communication unit (14), the target value of a gas flow rate consumed by a fuel cell (21); and the gas flow rate is monitored in a gas flow rate monitoring unit (12) using the target value and the actual measured value of the gas flow rate measured by a flow rate measurement unit (11). The operating efficiency of the fuel cell can thereby be sufficiently improved, and a suitable value can be learned for the malfunction detection time.
