Abstract:
A flow rate sensing-based underwater dam leakage detection system, comprising a moving platform, a pressure sensing device (2), a traction device and a positioning device (5); the pressure sensing device (2) and the positioning device (5) are disposed on the moving platform, and the traction device controls the moving platform to move on a surface of a concrete panel of a dam; the pressure sensing device (2) senses changes in pressure caused by water flow, and transmits the location of a leakage point by means of the positioning device (5). The detection system enables the rapid, efficient and low-cost detection of underwater leakage from concrete panels and rock-fill dam panels.
