Abstract:
Disclosed are a flow regulating device, a pipeline system and a ship, the flow regulating device comprising a housing (1), a gear seat (2) and a regulating gear (3), wherein a cavity channel (11) is arranged inside the housing (1), and a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet in communication with the cavity channel (11) are arranged on the housing (1); the gear seat (2) is located at the fluid outlet, and a fluid passage hole (21) in communication with the cavity channel (11) is arranged on the gear seat (2); and the adjusting gear (3) is rotatably arranged between the housing (1) and the gear seat (2), an eccentric hole (31) in communication with the cavity channel (11) is arranged on the adjusting gear (3), the flow area between the eccentric hole (31) and the fluid passage hole (21) can be changed by rotating the adjusting gear (3), and therefore, the flow rate can be adjusted, the flow regulation can be achieved without shutting down the system or adding maintenance valves, and the whole process is dynamic and continuous, thereby preventing the pipeline system and related equipment from being damaged due to repeated attempts. The pipeline system provided with the flow adjusting device is mounted on the ship, greatly simplifying the on-site debugging workload, saving the regulation time, reducing the labour intensity and not affecting the normal production.
