Abstract:
Provided are a flow regulator and a water outlet terminal. The flow regulator comprises: a water intake chamber (10), wherein the water intake chamber (10) comprises an elastic bottom wall (1), the elastic bottom wall (1) comprises at least one cantilever portion (11), and the cantilever portion (11) at least defines a side wall (21) of a water outlet transverse groove (2); the side wall (21) of the water outlet transverse groove (2) extends a distance in a water intake direction of the water intake chamber (10); and when water passes through the water intake chamber (10), the cantilever portion (11) can rotate in a direction away from the water intake chamber (10) when water pressure increases, such that the side walls (21) of the water outlet transverse groove (2) are inclined to each other, and the entrance of the water outlet transverse groove (2) is narrowed accordingly. The flow regulator has a simple structure, is of an integral structure, and can achieve a better throttling effect and work without assembly.
