Abstract:
A flow volume control device wherein a first connecting flange (35) made of a synthetic resin is provided extending in a direction orthogonal to the axial direction of an attachment hole (19) on a control substrate (5), a second connecting flange (36) made of a synthetic resin and opposing the first connecting flange (35) is provided on a stator (20a) of an actuator (20), an adhesion recess (39) is provided on the opposing surface of the first or the second connecting flange (35, 36), an adhesion protrusion (40) that is inserted into the adhesion recess (39) is provided on the opposing surface of the other flange, an electrically heated wire (44) that causes the periphery of the bottom part of the adhesion recess (39) and the periphery of the tip part of the adhesion protrusion (40) to adhere to each other is arranged between the bottom part of the adhesion recess and the tip part of the adhesion protrusion, and adhesion-limiting parts (45, 46) are provided respectively on the first and second connecting flanges (35, 36) such that, when the adhesion depth of the bottom part and the tip part reaches a prescribed value, the flanges are in contact with each other while that prescribed value is maintained. Thus is provided a device which is equipped with a connecting structure for a control substrate and an actuator and which has fewer parts and a simple structure, and is inexpensive.
