Abstract:
Provided is a fluid bed ammoxidation reaction catalyst which includes silica and a metal oxide, and in which a composite of the silica and the metal oxide is represented by general formula (1), namely Mo12BiaFebNicCodCeeCrfXgOh/(SiO2)A (in formula (1): X represents at least one element selected from the group consisting of K, Rb, and Cs; 0.1≤a≤1, 1≤b≤3, 1≤c≤6.5, 1≤d≤6.5, 0.2≤e≤1.2, f≤0.05, and 0.05≤g≤1 are satisfied; h satisfies the valency of each constituent element excluding silica; A represents the silica content (mass%), and satisfies 35≤A≤48; and the values of α, β, and γ which are respectively calculated by formula (2), namely α=1.5a/(1.5(b+f)+c+d), formula (3), namely β=1.5(b+f)/(c+d), and formula (4), namely γ=d/c, satisfy 0.03≤α≤0.08, 0.2≤β≤0.4, and 0.5≤γ≤2).
