Abstract:
This fluid control device is provided with a motor which drives a fluid machine, and a motor control unit which controls the rotation of the motor. The motor control unit is provided with: a torque detecting unit which detects the torque of the motor; a rotational speed detecting unit which detects the rotational speed of the motor; a pipeline resistance coefficient estimating unit which estimates a pipeline resistance coefficient of a pipeline connected to the fluid machine; a first rotational speed command value generating unit which generates a defined first rotational speed command value; a first rotational speed command value setting unit which sets the first rotational speed command value to a rotational speed command value of the motor in response to the occurrence of a first phenomenon defined as a trigger to start estimation of the pipeline resistance coefficient; a rotational speed command value correcting unit which corrects the rotational speed command value; a current command value generating unit which generates a current command value flowing to the motor in such a way that the rotational speed of the motor matches the rotational speed command value; and a voltage command value generating unit which generates a voltage command value to be applied to the motor, in such a way that a current flowing through a winding of the motor matches the current command value. The pipeline resistance coefficient estimating unit estimates the pipeline resistance coefficient on the basis of the rotational speed and torque of the motor, and a viscous friction coefficient and a Coulomb friction force of the motor, determined in advance. The rotational speed command value correcting unit corrects the rotational speed command value in such a way that the current command value is equal to or less than a current limit value, and corrects the rotational speed command value in such a way that the voltage command value is equal to or less than a voltage limit value.
