Abstract:
A fluid control device, comprising an inner valve tube (1) provided with a lead-in groove (11) and a lead-out groove (12) located at two ends thereof in the axial direction, and a barrier wall (13) separating the lead-in groove (11) and the lead-out groove (12). A first O-shaped ring (1110) corresponding to the lead-in groove (11) and a second O-shaped ring (1310) corresponding to the barrier wall (13) are sleeved on the peripheral wall surface of the inner valve tube (1). The lead-in groove (11) is provided with a plurality of lead-in holes (113) radially penetrating the wall of said groove and is located between the first O-shaped ring (1110) and the second O-shaped ring (1310). An outer valve sleeve (2) is fitted and has an inner pressure ring surface (21), a second inner pressure ring surface (22), a flow guide ring groove (23) and an inner cone guide surface (24) located at the inner part thereof. When the outer valve sleeve (2) sleeves the outer periphery of the inner valve tube (1) and moves axially along the inner valve tube (1) so as to control an operation, the inner cone guide surface (24) guides the second O-shaped ring (1310) to compress and deform so as to avoid abrasion, which effectively prevents leakage caused by fluid control operations.
