Abstract:
This fluid control valve device comprises: a spool valve provided with an introduction port through which a fluid can be introduced into a supply pressure chamber, a discharge port through which the fluid can be discharged from the supply pressure chamber, and a supply port that supplies the fluid from the supply pressure chamber to an object to be controlled; a control valve that, by changing the open/close state thereof, controls the pressure of a control pressure chamber; a control unit that controls the open/close state of the control valve on the basis of a command value; and a storage unit that stores past data related to at least one of a control value of the control valve by the control unit, a calculation value by the control unit, and a detection value by a sensor. On the basis of the past data, the control unit varies the open/close state of the control valve based on the command value.
