Abstract:
Provided as a fluid device is an integrated block 1 comprising: a flow opening 13 opened to form one end of a flow path P of the fluid device; an annular groove 14 provided along the outer peripheral edge of the flow opening 13 and opened such that a gasket 2 is inserted; a first tapered part 17 provided in an inner wall portion 14b on the inner diameter side in the annular groove 14 and inclined towards outward in the radial direction of the annular groove 14 along the depth direction of the annular groove 14 from an open end of the annular groove 14; and a guide part 18 provided in an inner wall portion 14a on the outer diameter side in the annular groove 14, extending from the open end of the annular groove 14 along the depth direction over a predetermined section D, and having a diameter larger than that of an outer peripheral surface 22a of a second seal portion 22 of the gasket 2.
