Abstract:
A fluid device (10) is equipped with: an inlet port (50) through which a liquid mixture (MX) containing floating cells having a particle size distribution is to be sucked; a syringe (30) which corresponds to a syringe A; a fine passage (20) for hydrodynamically sieving the floating cells; a discharge port (40) through which a liquid cell suspension (CS) containing nucleated cells sieved through the fine passage (20) is to be discharged; and a branch (15) through which three components, i.e., the inlet port (50), the syringe (30) and the fine passage (20), can be communicated with one another. The liquid mixture (MX) is taken into the syringe (30) from the inlet port (50) via the branch (15). The liquid mixture (MX) is fed to the fine passage (20) from the syringe (30) via the branch (15). The floating cells in the liquid mixture (MX) can be sieved continuously by continuously flowing the liquid mixture (MX) toward the inside of the fine passage (20) by means of a pressure generated by means of the syringe (30). Simultaneously, the liquid cell suspension (CS) is washed away continuously through the discharge port (40).
