Abstract:
A fluid end replacement device and skid-mounted equipment, belonging to the technical field of fluid end replacement. The fluid end replacement device comprises a base (100) and a moving component (200), the base (100) being used for supporting a plunger pump body (700), the moving component (200) being slidably connected to the base (100), and the moving component (200) being provided with a first mounting structure (210) used for connecting to a fluid end (800). When the moving component (200) is connected to the fluid end (800) by means of the first mounting structure (210), the fluid end (800) can move relative to the base (100) along with the moving component (200). The skid-mounted equipment comprises the plunger pump body (700), the fluid end (800) and the fluid end replacement device. The moving component (200) can be connected to the fluid end (800) by relying upon a first connection structure, so as to restrict the movement direction of the fluid end (800) and reduce the mobility of the fluid end (800), so that there is no need to use a crane to continuously hoist and transport the fluid end and it is easier to control the position of the fluid end (800), allowing a mounting hole of the fluid end (800) to be more easily aligned with a threaded stud of the plunger pump body (700) and improving the coaxiality of the mounting hole and the threaded stud, thus making it easier to detach or mount the threaded stud and further making it easier to detach the fluid end (800) or mount same to the plunger pump body (700).
