Abstract:
A fluid heating apparatus is provided for heating a fluid in a flow channel to a target temperature, and is provided with a fluid heating means for heating the fluid, a fluid temperature measuring means for measuring the temperature of the fluid, and a pressure control means for controlling the pressure in the flow channel to be at a target pressure. The pressure control means increases the target pressure during a period when the fluid in the flow channel is being heated to the target temperature and that a temperature increase predicted from a heat conductivity and specific heat is not obtained. In the fluid heating method, the pressure control means controls the fluid pressure to be at a critical pressure or higher at the time of heating the fluid by using the fluid heating apparatus.
