Abstract:
A fluid medium automatic recognition control device and a recognition control method, allowing saved costs, reduced labor intensity, and increased operating accuracy. The fluid medium automatic recognition control device comprises at least one viewing glass mounted on a fluid medium pipe and at least one valve (2) controlling the flow of a fluid medium in the pipe. Provided on the exterior of each viewing glass are a photoelectric imaging system (1) and a control system (3) signal connected to the photoelectric imaging system (1) and to the valve. By means of the industrial pipe viewing glass mounted, the fluid medium in the pipe is automatically imaged directly or indirectly, and the image is processed, analyzed, and recognized by a control system (3), and the control system outputs a corresponding communication signal and/or control signal on the basis of the recognition result and of a process requirement so as to control a valve and/or pump (10) corresponding to the process, thus implementing fluid inline automatic recognition and fluid production process control automation.
