Provided is a fluid mixing device that can mix many fluids at once and that can also realize a wide setting range for a fluid mixing ratio. A fluid mixing device 10 comprises: an outer shell member 20; a fluid collision space 23; a plurality of concavities 30A-30F each having a tapered inner periphery at a leading end; a discharge passage that is communicated with a discharge opening provided in the outer shell member; a plurality of insertion/retraction members 40A-40F which are removably inserted into the concavities 30A-30F and the leading ends of which have a tapered shape that conforms to the leading ends of the concavities; inflow passages 47 each of which is communicated with a space between the leading end of the insertion/retraction member and the concavity; and adjustment mechanisms that adjust the insertion/retraction position of the respective insertion/retraction members 40A-40F. A plurality of types of fluids are made to flow in via the inflow passages, flow out from the spaces between the leading ends of the insertion/retraction members and the concavities and flow into the fluid collision space 23, collide with each other and undergo dispersive mixing in the fluid collision space 23, and flow out via the discharge passage.
