Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fluid oscillation-type flowmeter comprising: a feedback fluid oscillator in which the flow of fluid in a main flow path and a pair of feedback flow paths branched from the main flow path is converted into an oscillation frequency according to flow rate; a magnet which is mounted on at least one among the main flow path or the feedback flow paths, and generates a magnetic field in a direction traversing the flow of fluid; an electrode pair for detecting an electromotive force induced in the flow direction of fluid, and in a direction perpendicular to the magnetic field; a signal processing unit for detecting the period of fluid oscillation on the basis of the frequency of the electromotive force; a flow rate calculation unit for calculating the flow rate of the fluid passing through a flowmeter by using the fluid oscillation period detected by the signal processing unit; and an electromotive force detection circuit for detecting the magnitude of the electromotive force input from one electrode of the electrode pair, wherein the flow rate calculation unit determines, on the basis of the fluid oscillation period detected by the signal processing unit and the electromotive force measured by the electromotive force detection circuit, whether or not external electrical noise is entering the flowmeter, and if it is determined as a result of the determination that electrical noise has entered, calculates the flow rate, of fluid that passes through the flowmeter, from the electromotive force detected by the electromotive force detection circuit.
