Abstract:
[Problem] To provide a fluid purification device capable of performing suitable filter cleaning while avoiding an increase in device size. [Solution] In a filtration mode, process fluid is supplied from a supply means (80). The process fluid is filtered by a first filter means (82) and a second filter means (84), and is thereafter sent to a machine tool or other apparatus that requires process fluid. In a backwash mode, switching means (88, 89) are switched, and the filtered process fluid in the first filter means (82) is made to flow in reverse to the second filter means (84). The process fluid accumulated in a process fluid accumulation means (86) is made to flow in reverse to the second filter means (84). The second filter means (84) can be backwashed by both the process fluid from the first filter means (82) and the process fluid from the process fluid accumulation means (86).
