Abstract:
In the present invention, straight tubes 16a, 16b respectively include fluid paths Pa, Pb, and are joined in the transverse direction with a circuit substrate 40 interposed therebetween. LEDs 44a, 44b are respectively mounted on the fluid path Pa, Pb sides of the circuit substrate 40, and ultraviolet light beams La, Lb are radiated into the fluid in the fluid paths Pa, Pb respectively. Heat generated by the LEDs 44a, 44b is diffused from heat sinks 46a, 46b, located on the rear face, to the fluid in the fluid paths Pb, Pa.
