The present invention relates to a fluid treatment device. The fluid treatment device according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise a housing, an inner tube part which is disposed within the housing, and a light source part which emits light to the inner space of the housing. The housing may include an inlet portion through which a fluid is introduced and an outlet portion through which the fluid is discharged. The inner tube part may have a smaller inner diameter than the housing and may be formed to be open at the bottom thereof. The inner space of the inner tube part may be a first flow path, and the space between the inner tube part and the housing may be a second flow path. The fluid introduced through the inlet portion may pass through the first flow path and the second flow path and move to the outlet portion. The light source part may be disposed opposite to the bottom of the inner tube part. The bottom of the inner tube part may be located in a light irradiation region that is a region where light emitted from the light source part is radiated directly to the fluid. In addition, the inlet portion may be formed such that the center axis of the inlet portion and the center axis of the inner tube part lie on different lines.
