Abstract:
A fluidised bed regenerator (2), an apparatus for preparing low carbon olefin, and an application thereof. The fluidised bed regenerator (2) comprises from bottom to top a second activation area, a first activation area, and a gas-solid separation area; the second activation area is in axial communication with the gas-solid separation area; the first activation area is arranged on the outer periphery of the connection of the second activation area and the gas-solid separation area; the first activation area is an annular cavity; n baffles (2-4) are disposed along the radial direction in the first activation area, the n baffles (2-4) splitting the first activation area into n first activation area sub-areas; and n-1 baffles (2-4) are provided with a catalyst flow hole, such that a catalyst entering the first activation area flows in an annular direction. The present regenerator can adjust the coke content, the coke content distribution, and the coke species in a DMTO catalyst and thereby control the operating window of the DMTO catalyst, increasing the low carbon olefin selectivity and improving the atom economy of methanol-to-olefin technology.
