Abstract:
A fluidized bed catalyst supplementing device, provided on a side wall of a fluidized bed body, and comprising a storage tank (1), a motor (2), a stirring paddle (3), a material dropping tube (4) and a material conveying tube (5); the storage tank (1) is a transversely-arranged cylindrical tank body; the stirring paddle (3) is transversely arranged in the storage tank (1), and a rotation shaft of the stirring paddle (3) is arranged on the central axis of the storage tank (1); the motor (2) is arranged outside the storage tank (1), and is in power connection with the stirring paddle (3); the material dropping tube (4) is vertically arranged at the bottom of the storage tank (1), and is in communication with the interior of the storage tank (1); the material dropping tube (4) is provided with a material dropping valve (41) which can be opened and closed; and the material conveying tube (5) is provided at the lower end of the material dropping tube (4), and makes the material dropping tube (4) in communication with the interior of the fluidized bed. The fluidized bed catalyst supplementing device has a compact structure, is safe to use, and has reliable performance, can conveniently supplement catalyst into the fluidized bed, can complete an activation operation before the catalyst is used, can effectively prevent the catalyst from being burst due to a drastic change in temperature, and also has a simple automatic function.
