Abstract:

A perforated plate (26) of a fluidized bed device (1) comprises a flanged upper perforated plate (31) formed by fixing a wire net (35) to a flange member (34), a disk-like lower perforated plate (32) having vent holes (32a), and a supporting flange (33) which has a ring part (36) and a seal side wall (37) and in which a perforated plate storage part (39) is formed on the inside of the seal side wall (37). The perforated plate (26) is connected to a raw material vessel container (7) through a seal member (41) closely fitted to the upper end (37a) of the seal side wall (37). The perforated plate (26) is fitted into the perforated plate storage part (39), and the outer peripheries of the upper and lower perforated plates (31, 32) are covered by the inner wall (37b) of the seal side wall (37). The seal member (41) is closely fitted to the upper surface (34b) of the flange member (34), and the perforated plate (26) is stored airtight in the perforated plate storage part (39). The upper and lower perforated plates (31, 32) in the perforated plate storage part (39) can be easily taken out by a perforated plate take-out mechanism (71).
