Abstract:
A fluidized bed drying device provided with: a drying container (101), provided with a coal charging port (102) and a dried coal discharge port (103); a distribution plate (109) provided with multiple through-holes and arranged horizontally within the drying container (101), thereby demarcating an upper drying chamber and a lower wind chamber (110); partition plates (114, 115) which divide the drying chamber into multiple drying chambers (111, 112, 113), and in which coal passage apertures (116, 117) are formed; dividing plates (118, 119) which divide the wind chamber (110) into multiple wind chambers (110a, 110b, 110c), and are arranged downstream from the partition plates (114, 115) in the flow direction of the coal; and a fluidizing steam supply device that supplies fluidizing steam to the wind chambers (110a, 110b, 110c) such that the superficial velocity is increasingly higher for the drying chambers (of the drying chambers (111, 112, 113)) which are upstream in the flow direction of the coal.
