Abstract:
A fluidized bed purification system with magnetic particles. The fluidized bed purification system comprises a fluidized bed reactor (1), a magnetic separator (4), a magnetic particle regeneration system (6) and a clear liquid tank (5), which are connected in sequence, wherein the magnetic separator (4) is respectively connected to the clear liquid tank (5) and the magnetic particle regeneration system (6) by means of pipelines; an outer side of the fluidized bed reactor (1) is provided with several magnetic field generators (2); and the magnetic particle regeneration system (6) is connected to a first backwashing system (12), and the magnetic separator (4) is further connected to a second backwashing system (13). A magnetic field is used for driving magnetic particles to rotate instead of a traditional stirring component, so that the energy consumption is reduced, and the reaction efficiency is improved; a plurality of magnetic fields can provide the disturbance directions of the magnetic particles, increase the shearing force among the magnetic particles, reduce surface agglomeration of the magnetic particles and enable a reaction to be more sufficient; and the magnetic separator (4) and the magnetic particle regeneration system (6) reuse the magnetic particles, and the whole reaction process is uninterrupted, thereby achieving continuous work, and improving the working efficiency.
