Abstract:
Disclosed is a fluorescent lamp with a fluorescent powder as a light source. The fluorescent lamp comprises a support cup (1), a uniform light plate (2), an LED aluminium substrate (7), a control box (8), a controller (9), a glow starter (10) and a ballast (11). Cooling fins (6) are arranged on an upper surface of the LED aluminium substrate. The support cup is mounted in a fixed groove (13) on the LED aluminium substrate. LED chips (5) are evenly mounted on the LED aluminium substrate. A primary fluorescent powder layer (4) and a secondary fluorescent powder layer (3) are successively arranged on the upper surface of the LED aluminium substrate, and are located in the support cup. The control box is mounted on a lower surface of the LED aluminium substrate. The controller, the glow starter and the ballast are mounted in the control box. The support cup is filled with the primary fluorescent powder layer and the secondary fluorescent powder layer, and the fluorescent powder does not precipitate, such that the phenomena of a reduction in the brightness of the light source and an increase in light attenuation cannot be caused.
