Title:
FLUORESCENT NANOPARTICLE LABEL, MULTIPLE IMMUNOSTAIN KIT, AND MULTIPLE IMMUNOSTAINING METHOD
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2015/045961
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress light emission level degradation in a multiple immunostaining method that uses both immunostaining using chemiluminescence and fluorescent immunostaining using the light emission of a fluorescent dye or other phosphor. The present invention achieves said purpose by providing a fluorescent nanoparticle label for multiple immunostaining that is provided with an accumulated phosphor nanoparticle having a phosphor in an accumulated state, a hydrophilic polymer chain bonded to the surface of the accumulated phosphor nanoparticle and having a number average molecular weight of 3000 or more, and a biomolecular recognition molecule bonded to the end of the hydrophilic polymer chain.
