A flushing device, comprising a tank (10), a full water level switch (61), a lack water level switch (62), a one-way valve plate (70), a sealing cover (20), a water intake mechanism (30), a first water discharge mechanism (40), and a second water discharge mechanism (50). The inner cavity of the tank (10) is divided into a washing cavity (16) and a flushing cavity (17) by means of a division plate (11); the division plate (11) is provided with an inclined portion (12) having a through hole (15); the water intake mechanism (30) and the first water discharge mechanism (40) are both communicated with the washing cavity (16); the second water discharge mechanism (50) is communicated with the flushing cavity (17); the probes of the full water level switch (61) and of the lack water level switch (62) are both located in the flushing cavity (17); the one-way valve plate (70) is hingedly connected to the division plate (11), and is disposed in the flushing cavity (17) corresponding to the through hole (15). During flushing, water in the washing cavity (16) washes the side wall of a toilet, and then water in the flushing cavity (17) is discharged to flush the toilet. Due to a blocking effect of the one-way valve plate (70), the water in the flushing cavity (17) would not flow into the washing cavity (16), thus ensuring that there is enough water in the flushing cavity (17) to flush the toilet.
