Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2020/012925
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a flux-cored wire for two-phase stainless steel welding that comprises: at least one strong deoxidizing element chosen from the group consisting of Al, Mg, rare earth elements, Ca, Zr, and Ti; and a slag-forming agent containing a metal oxide and a metal fluoride wherein, with respect to the total mass, the flux-cored wire contains 8.00 to 10.50% by mass of Ni, 0.20 to 0.40% by mass of N, a total of 0.50 to 2.00% by mass of the strong deoxidizing element, and 1.30 to 3.30% by mass in fluorine equivalents of the metal fluoride and the ratio represented by Ni content/N content with respect to the total mass satisfies 20 to 40.
