Abstract:
A flux transfer device (100) comprising: a stage (12) having a recess (13) in the central part thereof; a flux pot (20) in which a through-hole (27) for supplying a flux (50) to the recess (13) is provided in a bottom plate (25) thereof, the flux pot (20) moving back and forth between surfaces (14, 15) of a stage (12) and supplying the flux (50) to the recess (13); and a detector (30) for detecting the remaining amount of the flux (50) accumulated in the flux pot (20), wherein the detector (30) is disposed below the stage (12) or beside the flux pot (20).
