Abstract:
The present invention relates to a fly ash ultra-fine pulverizing system with multi-stage cycle processing and pre-dispersion. The fly ash ultra-fine pulverizing system with multi-stage cycle processing and pre-dispersion comprises: a feeding device; a first regulating valve; a second regulating valve; a third regulating valve; a fourth regulating valve; a pre-dispersion device connected to the feeding device; a V-type coal pulverizer provided with a material inlet, a coarse material discharge port, a fine material outlet and an air inlet, the material inlet being connected to the pre-dispersion device, and the air inlet being connected to cold air via the first regulating valve; a vertical roller mill provided with a roller mill material inlet, a dust removal port and a roller mill material discharge port, the roller mill material inlet being connected to the coarse material discharge port in the V-type coal pulverizer, the roller mill material discharge port being connected to the feeding device or the pre-dispersion device, and the dust removal port being connected to the air inlet in the V-type coal pulverizer; a first air lock valve; a second air lock valve; and a third air lock valve. The present invention performs cycle processing of powder materials by means of a four-stage cycle treatment process, so that the powder materials are more finely ground, and material waste is reduced.
