Abstract:
The present invention relates to a foam floorboard capable of preventing the accumulation of water, belonging to the technical field of foam floorboards. The foam floorboard capable of preventing the accumulation of water comprises a foam base body made of resin and having a block structure, and a hard surface layer integrally connected to and covering the foam base body, wherein the foam base body is formed by integrally connecting a surface layer board and several support units; each of the support units comprises a support board and a bearing bottom board which are integrally connected, with the support board being vertically arranged, and the bearing bottom board being horizontally arranged; and a vacant region is provided between adjacent support units, such that the lower bottom surface of the floorboard is discontinuous. According to the present invention, the main body part of the floorboard is designed to have a pier-like support structure, such that the main body part of the floorboard has the advantages of a light weight and a high strength, and also has the advantage of no accumulation of water when in use outdoors. In addition, the main body part of the floorboard is prepared by means of a PVC foaming process, such that the weight of the floorboard is further reduced on the premise that the strength of the floorboard remains almost unchanged.
