Abstract:
A foam local cleaning device and a washing machine. The foam local cleaning device comprises: a housing (1) having an accommodating cavity (10); a foam cleaning assembly (2), which is connected to the housing (1), is movable relative to the housing (1), and is used to at least provide a foam detergent during local cleaning, the foam cleaning assembly (2) having a storage position and a cleaning position with respect to the housing (1); and a signal transmission unit, which transmits a signal to the foam local cleaning device when the foam cleaning assembly (2) moves to a set position. The signal transmission unit can make known position information of the foam cleaning assembly (2) to ensure that the foam cleaning assembly (2) is turned on or off in place. The foam cleaning assembly (2) is switched between the cleaning position and the storage position by means of a transmission assembly (3), so that the occupied space of the foam cleaning assembly (2) is reduced, and the effect of protecting the foam cleaning assembly (2) can also be achieved.
