Abstract:
A foam material foaming machine, comprising a housing (1) and a transmission device (2). The transmission device (2) is provided on the housing (1); a housing cavity (3) is provided in the housing (1); a rotary grinding foaming roller (4) is provided in the housing cavity (3); the transmission device (2) is connected to the rotary grinding foaming roller (4); one surface of the rotary grinding foaming roller (4) is provided with a rotary grinding foaming movable disc surface (5); the housing cavity (3) is provided with a housing cavity inlet (6) corresponding to the middle of the rotary grinding foaming movable disc surface (5); the inner wall of the housing cavity (3) surrounding the housing cavity inlet (6) is provided with a rotary grinding foaming stationary disc surface (7); the rotary grinding foaming movable disc surface (5) is fitted and gets close to the rotary grinding foaming stationary disc surface (7); a rotary grinding foaming cavity (8) is provided between the rotary grinding foaming movable disc surface (5) and the rotary grinding foaming stationary disc surface (7); at least one outlet (9) is provided on the periphery of the housing cavity (3). The foam material foaming machine can produce foam materials of various materials that can replace steel, alloy, wood, etc., can change glass into a broad spectrum material, and can solve the problem of shortage of material resources.
