Abstract:
Provided is a foam molding die capable of making the operation for attaching a reinforcement member to the inner surface of the die easier, capable of sufficiently preventing insertion of a foaming synthetic resin into a gap between the reinforcement member and the inner surface of the die at the time of foam molding, and capable of sufficiently preventing the generation of creases in the reinforcement member; and also provided is a method for producing foam molded member with an reinforcement member using the foam molding die. The foam molding die (20) is used for foam molding a sheet pad (1) provided with a sheet pad main body (2) and a reinforcement member (10) arranged on the rear side of the sheet pad main body (2). At the time of foam molding, the reinforcement member (10) is arranged on the inner surface of the die (20), and an end edge of the reinforcement member (10) is attached to the inner surface of the die (20) by an attachment means. A tension application means is provided for applying tension on the end edge of the reinforcement member (10) in a direction departing from the attachment means.
