Abstract:
A foam moulding mechanical device, comprising a frame (1), the frame (1) being sequentially provided with a mould heating work station (2), a mould output work station (3) and a mould cooling work station (4) in a layered manner from top to bottom, the inside of the mould heating work station (2) being provided with superconductive heating plates (5) used for heating foam moulds (18), the inside of the mould cooling work station (4) being provided with atomisation cooling plates (6) used for cooling the foam moulds (18), the side edges of the mould output work station (3) being provided with mould output cylinders (7) used for driving the foam moulds (18) to be outputted. The foam moulding mechanical device also comprises mould exchange racks (8) used for conveying the foam moulds (18), and raising/lowering cylinders (9) for driving the mould exchange racks (8) to move up and down, the mould exchange racks (8) being provided with mould conveyance motors (10) used for conveying the foam moulds (18). The superconductive heating significantly increases the heating speed, and the atomisation cooling plates increase the cooling speed, which not only helps to increase production capacity, but also saves labour, reduces energy consumption, increases water recovery and utilisation rates, and achieves an environmentally friendly effect.
