Abstract:
Provided in the present invention are a foamed low-density light diffusion plate, and a preparation method therefor and application thereof. According to the foamed low-density light diffusion plate of the present invention, by means of adding a certain amount of K resin into a GPPS light diffusion foaming core layer, the melt strength of GPPS resin is improved, and the foaming uniformity is increased. In addition, the GPPS resin and SMA resin in a PMMA protection layer can further act together, so that the bonding strength between the core layer and the protection layer is improved, and thus the service life of materials is significantly prolonged. By means of the light diffusion plate of the present invention, the density is 1.0 g/cm3 or less and can be as low as 0.8 g/cm3; moreover, a total light transmittance is 40% or more and can be up to 55%; a haze ratio is greater than 90% and can be up to 97%; a surface hardness grade can reach 2H; and after irradiation for 600 hours, a color difference value of light aging reaches that △E ≤ 1.5, which can be as low as 0.6.
