Abstract:
The present invention relates to a foamed rubber moulded body comprising a rubber component, biomass nanofibres, and a filler, wherein: the blend amount of the filler is 85–300 parts by mass with respect to 100 parts by mass of the rubber component; and the biomass nanofibres have an average fibre length of 700nm or higher, and are oriented in a prescribed direction. The present invention also relates to a foamed rubber moulded body production method for obtaining a foamed rubber moulded body by cross-linking and foaming a rubber composition including: a biomass-nanofibre masterbatch obtained by mixing and solidifying a dispersion liquid of biomass nanofibres having a viscosity of 5500–70000mPa·s, and latex including at least one type of rubber component selected from the group consisting of natural rubbers and synthetic rubbers; a filler; a vulcanising agent; and a foaming agent. The present invention thereby provides an inexpensive, highly rubber-elastic foamed rubber moulded body, and a seal material using said moulded body.
