Abstract:
A gas mixing and feeding device as a foaming device capable of directly feeding a viscous material from a container such as a cartridge, reduced in size and weight, and capable of mixing a gas in the viscous material. A foaming method comprises a first suction step for moving a piston (25) in a cylinder (27) so that the inside of the cylinder is brought into a sucked state, a step for feeding the viscous material into the cylinder by using a suction force in the cylinder in the first suction step, a step for stopping the piston after the first suction step, a second suction step for moving the piston in the cylinder so that the inside of the cylinder is brought into a sucked state again after the prescribed amount of viscous material is introduced therein, a step for feeding the gas into the cylinder by using a suction force in the cylinder produced in the second suction step, a pressurizing step for pressurizing the viscous gas and the gas by moving the piston in the cylinder after the supply of the gas is completed, and a discharge step for discharging the viscous material and the gas to a pipeline after the pressurizing step. Then, the viscous material and the gas are brought into the atmospheric pressure for foaming.
