Abstract:
A foaming preheating device (3) for a strip-shaped polymer material, which belongs to the technical field of foaming material production apparatuses. The device comprises a heating box (31) and a conveying mechanism, wherein the conveying mechanism comprises a conveying belt (32) and roller groups (33, 34). The conveying belt (32) is made of a flexible polymer material, and comprises a placement area (321) and power areas (322) cooperating with rollers to drive the placement area to move. Screws (35) are used as tensioning mechanisms to effectively replace structures for gear-chain transmission, wire mesh conveying and air cylinder tensioning in the prior art. The device has the advantages of stable operation, being not easily damaged, having a long service life, a good preheating effect, low costs. high efficiency, etc. A foaming system comprising the foaming preheating device, and a foaming method are further involved. The foaming system can stably operate for a long time, is not prone to failure, and has low energy consumption and high production efficiency. A foamed sheet prepared by the system has fine and uniform cells, small size deviation and good quality.
