Abstract:
The present invention relates to a foldable delineator installed in a guardrail or a protective wall. According to the present invention, the foldable delineator comprises: a stationary plate (100) which is installed in a guard rail or a protective wall and in which a primary hinge-coupling unit (110) is bent and formed in a corner thereof; a turning plate (200) wherein a reflector fastening frame (30) is installed and whereof a secondary hinge-coupling unit (210) is bent and formed in a corner and bending preventive projections (220) are formed in the other surface and bending preventive units (230) are bent toward the other surface and formed on the longitudinal edge; a stopper (120) which limits the turning plate (200) within 0~90 degrees while the turning plate (200) is coupled by a hinge (20) with the stationary plate (100); a coil spring (300) which is installed in the hinge (20) in order to elastically support the stationary plate (100) and turning plate (200); and coupling grooves (400) which are formed in the stationary plate (100) or turning plate (200) in order to allow insertion and fixation of both ends of the coil spring (300) thereto. A reflector (10) is bolted with the reflector fastening plate (30). The primary hinge-coupling unit (110) is coupled by a hinge (20) with the secondary hinge-coupling unit (210). Therefore, the foldable delineator according to the present invention can maintain a constant reflecting angle when the reflector collides with a vehicle by absorbing the impact and returning the reflector to the original position at the same time using elastic restoration of the coil spring.
