Abstract:
A foldable display panel comprising an active area (10) and a non-active area (20) surrounding the active area (10). A deformable layer is provided in the non-active area (20) of the display panel. Since the deformable layer is made of a material containing a pressure-sensitive strain material, a degree of deformation and cracking of the display panel can be detected according to the color and brightness level of light emitted from the pressure-sensitive strain material.
